Enjoy a styled low-profile table and cushions as an add-on or as a stand-alone rental. Tell us your theme or color scheme, and let us take away the stress! Picnic and decor can be set up inside or outside (weather permitting). Picnic rentals include:

Handcrafted table(s)
Rug (for outdoor parties)
Floor seating/cushion for each guest
Table runner or garland
Table centerpieces
Plate charger / placemat
Disposable tableware for young kid gatherings:
- Paper/plastic cups, plates, cutlery, and napkins
Reusable tableware for older kid or adult gatherings:
- Glass or melamine drinkware and plates
- Silver or gold cutlery
- Linen napkins
Complimentary water bottles

Details

Picnic Setup starts at $250 for 4-6 guests for a 4-foot table setting. Each table accommodates up to 4 adults or 6 younger kids. Add $125 for each additional table.

$375 for 8 adults or 12 kids
$500 for 12 adults or 18 kids
$625 for 16 adults or 24 kids

This is a picnic rental that is not being added to a slumber party or outdoor glamp tent. The rental period is overnight if located at home for up to 2 hours if held at a public park. Client is responsible for requesting permission at public location. Food is not provided. Pricing includes delivery, setup, and pickup in Clarksville, TN. Complimentary custom theme and color scheme can be delivered when reserved at least 4 weeks in advance.

Outdoor Umbrella

$25 each.

This 7-foot umbrella helps provide shade on warm, sunny days. Up to 2 umbrellas available per picnic.

Boxwood Drink Wall

Starting at $150.

Have your guests grab a drink as they walk into your event. This 4′ x 6′ wall can display up to 20 drinks. Perfect for mocktails and candy favors for the younger ones or champagne for our older clients. Add plastic or glass drinkware for $20.

White Lace Teepee

$30.

This 4-foot lace teepee serves as a unique backdrop to your picnic celebration or as a special backdrop for the guest of honor. Includes coordinating cushions.
