Our team assembles the setup within a few hours and returns the next day after the party’s over.

Silent Disco Party
Worried about noise complaints from neighbors? Receive everything needed to throw an epic Silent Disco party for up to 20 guests. You’ll receive:
- A set of 10 or 20 headsets with LED lights that coordinate to the channel the user is listening to
- 2 receivers to give the audience a choice of 2 music stations
- 2 tablets with downloaded songs to be used with the receivers – no need to worry about the Wi-Fi range!

Will it fit in my yard?
The Glow Fort is 16 feet wide by 20 feet long by 12 feet tall. Outdoor access to the yard is required as we’re not able to deliver through the house. We set up on the following surfaces:
- Grass: +$0
- Dirt: +$30 (add tarp)
- Concrete: +$80 (add sandbags)
- Gravel: +110 (add tarp + sandbags)
Do you set up in all seasons/weather?
The Glow Fort can be enjoyed throughout the year. It should not be operated during rain or in high winds, so we’ll need to reschedule if the forecasted wind speed or rain chance exceeds 15%.
What are the electrical requirements?
During the warmer months when the portal A/C unit is provided, 2 separate outlets with separate 15-Amp circuits are needed. No other devices on the rental premise should be plugged into either of the circuits during the rental period. If the A/C unit will not be used, only 1 dedicated 15-Amp outlet/circuit is needed.
Is there a delivery and setup fee?
There is no delivery fee for addresses within Clarksville, TN. If located beyond Clarksville, there is no delivery fee up to 10 miles from zip code 37043 (one way). Each mile over this limit incurs an additional fee starting at $30. View details here.
Is a deposit required when booking? How do I pay?
Yes, we require a 50% or 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and theme – 50% if booked less than 4 weeks from party date or 25% if booked more than 4 weeks out. Payment methods are ACH and major credit cards. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. For example, if reservation is for Friday, the 14th, the invoice balance must be paid by end of day Friday, the 7th.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the party. For cancellations between 13 and 8 days prior to the party, any funds paid to-date can either be (1) applied to the cost of another party if held within 90 days or (2) refunded at 50%. No refund or future credit will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the party.
The damage deposit will be refunded if the invoice was paid in full and rental is cancelled.
